Qualifications

• Experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams.
• Experience with soldering and testing equipment is a plus.
• Comfort with standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, circuit boards, and subassemblies using tools.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Solder, wire, crimp, and cable assembly as required.
• Inspect assemblies to meet quality standards.
• Test products and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules.
