Overview
ifm assemblers work in a strong team environment to build electronic devices to exacting standards. You will use your communication skills and mechanical ability to follow detailed work instructions and visual aids to assemble components by soldering, testing, encapsulating, packing, and operating machinery in accordance with ISO9001 quality standards. Working hours for this position are 6:30 am to 2:30 pm and the work environment is clean.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components by soldering, testing, encapsulating, packing, and operating machinery following detailed work instructions and visual aids.
- Collaborate with team in a clean, quality-focused environment to meet ISO9001 standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent manual dexterity and precision finger manipulation.
- Flexible to work on a variety of jobs requiring quick and continuous learning.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed work instructions.
- Proven ability to be accurate and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently or in a team.
- Able to stand continuously for up to 4 hours.
- Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a drug screen, physical examination, and background checks
