Job summary

SAIC at NSWC Crane’s Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Division seeks an Electronic Warfare Engineer to provide comprehensive systems engineering and documentation support for EW systems. You will translate complex designs into actionable documentation and develop ICDs, data flows, and TDPs.

Two years of relevant experience and an active Secret clearance are required. You will collaborate with SMEs, prepare technical briefings, and ensure documentation meets strict security guidelines while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or technical field.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Exceptional technical writing ability for engineering documentation.
• Ability to translate technical data into clear deliverables for government audiences.
• Active Secret or Interim Secret clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive engineering support for EW systems, subsystems, hardware and software.
• Drive requirements definition, allocation, traceability, system design and analysis.
• Develop ICDs, data flows, and interface boundaries for systems integration.
• Translate complex technical data into clear documentation for government audiences.
• Author and maintain technical reports, SOPs, and TDPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to capture details and justify recommendations.
• Review manuals and training materials for accuracy and usability.
• Support test planning, execution, and data review across lab and field tests.
• Document troubleshooting results, deficiency reports, and corrective actions.
• Maintain version-controlled documentation libraries and CM alignment.
