Description

NSI requires an Electronic Warfare (EW) Senior Program Manager to support the Air Force Program Office at Wright Patterson Airforce Base. The EW Senior Program Manager will provide expert knowledge to projects supporting systems which intercept, identify, or actively utilize electromagnetic energy to determine, exploit, counter, reduce, or prevent hostile use of the electromagnetic spectrum. Provide expert knowledge to projects concerning support of OFPs, and/or airborne digital and/or analog computer hardware such as central processors, embedded microprocessors, and ancillary equipment as they pertain to EW. Present briefings and assist with developing technical reports to document progress and results. Have the knowledge and ability to work with outside EW support organizations, such as AFSOC SOAWC DET 1, Robins AFB; NASIC EWIR; MSIC; NGIC; and NMIC; AFRL; IDAL; GTRI; as required in the OFP/threat table change/development and testing process.

Education

Advanced Degree (Master of Arts (MA) / Master of Science (MS)).

Allowable Substitution

BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD. OR, 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, eight of which must be in the DoD.

Experience

At least 12 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD.

Security Clearance

Top Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
