Job summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Warfare Engineer to join a growing team supporting national defense programs. You will help develop EWIRDB models and analyze complex EW systems for U.S. and allied platforms, collaborating with DoD labs and intelligence partners.

This on-site, full-time role in Fairborn/Dayton area offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, with a target annual pay range of $77,000 to $96,000 depending on experience, location, and clearance status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience or equivalent.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Python experience.
• Ability to document/support technical analysis with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct and verify engineering analysis on weapon systems and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct original EW all-source intelligence research and engineering analysis to characterize system performance and capabilities.
• Analyze air/ground, aircraft radar, radar warning receivers, communications, electronic attack, identify friend or foe, navigation, electro-optical/infrared, weapon systems and other onboard electronic systems.
• Develop EW system models to support the national EWIRDB.
• Analyze intelligence reports in support of mission data generation.
• Support organizations charged with exploiting EWIRDB information to develop weapon systems and electronic countermeasures and to formulate tactics and deployment strategies.
• Resolve EW feedback reports from the operational user community.
