Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Electronic Warfare Analyst to support the U.S. Navy EW portfolio by integrating and testing components for ships and developing testing procedures.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, knowledge of EW systems, agile methods, and a Secret clearance. You will lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and performance of the SKCS program.

• Experience with electronic maneuver warfare systems and operations, electromagnetic spectrum operations, and generation of EW gaps and capabilities.

• Secret clearance required.

What if you could use your Systems Analyst skills to transform the U.S. Navy's Electronic Warfare (EW) portfolio? As an operations system analyst, you understand the power behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to performing integration and testing of EW components for integration into Navy ships. We’re looking for a systems analyst who can use their skills to develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Sof t Kill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in threat systems analysis or operation of United States Navy EW systems
• Experience with electronic maneuver warfare systems and operations, electromagnetic spectrum operations, and generation of EW gaps and capabilities
• Experience with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, fleet operations, and EW and information operations
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with the AN and SLQ-32, including V6 and V7 variants
• Experience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences
• Knowledge of systems development, or testing and creating or reviewing technical documentation, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), Concepts of Employment (CONEMP), Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and developmental and operational Test and Evaluation (T&E)
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
