SRC, Inc, based in Charlottesville, VA, seeks an Electronic Warfare Analyst to perform in-depth engineering analysis of radar and weapons systems and conduct all-source intelligence research for national EW and mission planning databases.

You will review outputs, analyze intelligence reports, and populate and de-conflict data across multiple technical disciplines. The role emphasizes independent work, collaboration, and clear communication in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics or related technical field required.
• Must be able to document and support analyses with attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct engineering analysis on weapon systems and related platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both independently and in teams.
• Ability to support analyses across multiple technical disciplines.
• Knowledge of antenna design, radar signal processing, and radar requirements is a plus.

SRC, Inc is currently seeking an Electronic Warfare Analyst in Charlottesville, VA. Selected candidates will conduct in-depth engineering analysis of radar and weapons systems and all-source intelligence research in support of national electronic warfare and mission planning databases.

What You'll Do

• Review and quality control all work products
• Analyze intelligence reports in support of mission data generation
• Populate databases and de-conflict data
• Analyze characteristics and performance data
• Analyze ground and aircraft radar, radar warning receivers, communications, electronic attack, navigation, electro-optical/infrared, weapon systems, and other onboard electronic systems
• Analyze airborne platforms, electronics and avionics

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics or related technical field and 0 + years of experience
• Ability to document/support analysis and assessments with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage and conduct engineering analysis on weapon systems, platforms, electro-optic systems and communication systems
• Ability to work independently and with teams with excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to support analysis across several technical disciplines
• Understanding of antenna design/analysis, radar signal processing, and radar requirements analysis is desired
• Knowledge/experience with the intelligence community is desired
• Database (EWIRDB, KILTING, EPL, CED, OEEM, EIM, AFMSS/CSDB) experience is highly desired; programming experience in C-Python or related language a plus

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Charlottesville, VA, is estimated at $64,000 to $83,000 annually.
