Job summary

Amatrol in Jeffersonville, IN is hiring an Electronics Assembly Technician to assemble and test training panels. Shift is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no overtime or weekend work.

You will wire, solder, read diagrams, calibrate meters, and verify performance against specs in a climate-controlled shop. The role offers a sign-on bonus of $1,000 paid over a year, strong PTO, paid holidays, and opportunities for career growth within a family-owned company that designs learning

Sign-On Bonus

Compensation & Levels

Electronics Assembly Technician I — $18.00 - $19.00 per Hour

• 1+ year of electronics or electrical assembly experience
• Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical principles
• Able to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• High attention to detail with solid organization
• Problem‑solver who can work independently
• Reliable and punctual for a 6:00 AM start time

Electronics Assembly Technician II — $19.00 - $21.00 per Hour

• 2+ years of electronics or electrical assembly experience
• Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical principles
• Comfortable interpreting complex blueprints and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Self‑directed with excellent organization
• Reliable and punctual for a 6:00 AM start time
