Job summary
Macquarie Group in Chicago is seeking an experienced Electronic Trading Support professional to help traders, brokers, and clients execute across futures and options. You will ensure stability and performance of trading platforms while partnering with sales, technology, operations, compliance and exchanges.
The role requires at least three years in electronic trading support, strong knowledge of futures & options, and hands-on experience with TT, CQG, Fidessa, Bloomberg and FIX protocol.
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in electronic trading support or related environments.
- Strong knowledge of futures and options markets and electronic execution methods.
- Experience supporting trading platforms such as TT, CQG, Fidessa, Bloomberg.
- Experience with FIX protocol, algo trading, electronic order routing, and platform connectivity.
- Understanding regulatory and market risks for timely order flow and execution.
- Knowledge of major global futures exchanges (CME, ICE, SGX, LME, Eurex).

- Lead production deployments and influence trading solutions.
- Strengthen operational processes and user adoption.
