Electronic Trader – Low Latency Execution, NYC. CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a high-frequency and electronic trading firm to hire an Electronic Trader focused on optimising execution performance across US & Global markets.

The Role

Manage and enhance electronic trading strategies, focusing on execution quality, latency optimisation, and real-time risk controls. The role requires close collaboration with quant developers and infrastructure teams to improve fill rates, reduce slippage, and refine trading logic.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in electronic or high-frequency trading
• Strong understanding of exchange connectivity, order types, and market microstructure
• Experience working with low-latency systems
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with C++ is advantageous
• Ability to analyse execution data and optimise trading performance
