Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring an Electronic Test Technician in Kearny, NJ for a direct-hire role. This position suits hands-on engineers who test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies down to the component level in a manufacturing setting.

You will use voltmeters, Hi-Pot testers, and ratiometers, document results, develop procedures, and work with production and Quality teams. First shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, pay $24.00–$28.00 per hour with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Electronics preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on electronics or electrical testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing on manufactured products and assemblies.
• Troubleshoot electronic and electrical failures down to the component level.
• Repair subassemblies and completed assemblies as needed.
• Perform product and system preventive maintenance.
• Document test results and inspection findings.
• Develop or assist with test and inspection procedures.
• Work closely with production and Quality teams to address product concerns.
