Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics OR Associate's degree in Electronics with 2+ years related experience OR high school diploma/equivalent with 4+ years related experience.
• Ability to read schematics and use basic test equipment.
• Able to lift 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and follow lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with railroad or signaling environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform production testing on various electronic products.
• Use test equipment to determine pass/fail criteria.
• Operate electronic test stands with minimal supervision.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Systems processes.
• Actively participate in safety and lean programs.
• Assist in setting up tests with limited supervision.
