Job summary

Emcorgovservices is looking for 2 Electronic Technicians to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience with security and fire alarm systems.

This role is part of a unionized position under the OPEIU Local 4873. Applicants must ensure compliance with specific licensing requirements and have a track record of excellence in facility support services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience with security systems, fire alarm systems, PA systems, and sprinkler control systems in commercial facilities.
• One individual must be bondable and another must possess a North Carolina Security Alarm License.

This position is covered by the CBA for Industrial, Technical and Professional Employees Union, OPEIU Local 4873.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs Electronic Services work including working with security systems, fire alarm systems, PA systems, and sprinkler control systems in commercial facilities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with security systems, fire alarm systems, PA systems, and sprinkler control systems in commercial facilities.
• At a minimum one individual shall be bondable and another person shall possess a State of North Carolina Security Alarm License.
