Join a cutting-edge team developing next-generation unmanned aircraft systems for the Electronic Warfare business unit. As an Electronic Technician, you will play a critical role in bringing advanced aerospace technologies to life by performing precision manufacturing and assembly of aircraft electrical systems. Responsibilities include building and installing electrical wire harnesses and bundles, wire stripping, connector terminations, and high-quality soldering to exacting standards. You will test, diagnose, and troubleshoot sophisticated electronic and control systems that power mission-critical unmanned air vehicles, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
Associate’s degree in Electronics or other related field and 10+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Effective knowledge of Schematic Capture and PCB layout software. Experience with RF/Microwave test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, vector signal analyzers, oscilloscopes). Expert soldering skills. Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method. Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical specialization. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Displays strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectives. Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products. Ability to obtain US Security Clearance.

The salary range for this role is: $68,000 - $103,750
