Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing, inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing commercial/industrial security systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, specs, and manuals.
• Capable of using hand and power tools.
• Able to obtain government security clearances if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, service, and some installation of ESS (access control, intrusion, CCTV).
• Install security devices per installation plan and code standards.
• Assist with system programming and setup; test operations post-installation.
• Coordinate with authorities and document emergency notifications; provide end-user training.
