Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Lead Security Engineer/Technician to focus on programming and commissioning for a major client in Memphis. Expect on-site work with occasional support for other high-end commercial clients in the area.

You will lead a team in startup/commissioning and programming of access control and IP video systems, and handle integration conversions and upgrades at large facilities. A family‑oriented company with growth opportunities surrounds you.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of commercial security system experience.
• Experience with Access Control and IP Video systems.
• Certification with listed manufacturers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup, commissioning and programming of security systems at large commercial facilities.
• Contribute to integration conversions and upgrades to new platforms.
• Provide on-site support for Memphis and nearby customers.

Are you a Lead Electronic Security Engineer / Security Technician that would prefer to concentrate primarily on programming/commissioning? This position will support a well-known client working primarily onsite in Memphis. You will also occasionally support other high-end commercial/industrial customers in the area. Details follow:

Aggressively growing security systems integrator that is growing both locally and nationally has an immediate need for a lead security integration specialist. We are looking for a Lead Security Systems Engineer (Access Control and VMS Systems) to perform a combination of startup/commissioning and programming at large commercial/industrial facilities. You also will work on integration conversions and upgrades to new systems. We are looking for someone with 3-10++ years of commercial security (Access Control & IP Video) installation and programming experience. Must have extensive commercial electronic security experience and preferably be certified with one or more of the following Access Control Manufacturers: Lenel, SW House / Ccure 9000, Genetec, S2, AMAG, or Prowatch.
