Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare screens, inks, substrates, and equipment; set up press for accurate registration.
• Operate screen-printing equipment; monitor runs and adjust as needed.
• Perform lamination tasks and assemble finished components.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks and record results.
• Maintain ink/material lot records and report defects.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Review work orders and production priorities before starting a run.
