Job summary

Employnet, Inc. is seeking a Rework Operator in Carson City, NV to join a growing manufacturing team.

You will perform precision PCB rework on SMT and PTH assemblies, execute hand soldering and touch-ups to exact blueprint specifications, and work with specialized equipment. You will operate BGA rework stations, X-ray inspection tools, pre-heating tables, and hot air guns, while differentiating leaded from lead-free processes and following safety rules and the QCM.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of electronic component repair/assembly experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Repair PCBA boards with SMT and PTH components.
• Perform precision soldering and touch-up to blueprint specs.
• Operate BGA rework stations, X-ray inspection tools, pre-heating tables and hot air guns.
• Differentiate between leaded and lead-free processes while following QCM standards.
