A leading health institution is seeking an Electronic Resources Assistant to handle a variety of acquisitions processes focusing on electronic resources. This role involves managing orders, licensing documentation, and usage statistics, while collaborating with librarians to support electronic resource management. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and relevant experience in library acquisitions.

Job Summary:
Performs a broad range of acquisitions processes, with a focus on electronic resources. Performs order, renewal, payment, access management and MARC record processes for databases, e-books, and e-journals. Organizes and manages licensing documentation. Responsible for gathering and organizing usage statistics. Assists with troubleshooting and problem resolution for electronic resources and acquisitions workflows for continuing resources.
Please Note: The target budgeted minimum starting salary for this position is $24.61 - $28.99 hourly. Offers will be based on candidate experience and education, as well as equity within Northwestern University. This position is in a bargaining unit represented by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Local 73.
