Wolverine Trading, LLC in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced Electronic Options Trader to join the Trading department. You will manage risk and execution across multiple products on our Option Market Making Desk, collaborating with traders and engineers to enhance risk management logic and processes.

The role offers a high level of teamwork in a flat, collegial environment with fast feedback, opportunities to take on increasing responsibilities, and a base salary plus discretionary bonus according

Qualifications

• 2+ years of managing risk on an electronic market making desk.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to perform trade analysis and identify solutions.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
• Commitment to learning and innovation.
• Excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk and execution across multiple products.
• Manage parameters that affect option pricing.
• Conduct product-specific research to identify idiosyncratic risks.
• Identify macro catalysts within your names.
• Identify and investigate trades using analysis tools and logs.
• Collaborate with desk engineers and traders to improve strategies and applications.
• Must be able to work in our Chicago Loop office 5 days a week.
