Job summary

Beasley Flooring Products Inc is seeking an Electronic Mechanic Technician to maintain and service high-precision manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs and VFDs, implement safety improvements, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires 5+ years in a manufacturing maintenance environment, ability to read drawings, welding/fabrication skills, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with PLCs, VFDs and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings/diagrams.
• Welding and fabrication skills with machinist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety rules and procedures and implements safety improvements.
• Performs maintenance and optimization on high precision equipment and handling systems.
• Troubleshoots and repairs electrical systems including motors, wiring, VFDs and PLCs.
• Maintains machine uptime and supports other departments with preventive maintenance tasks.
