Job Description

We are seeking experienced and certified Electronic IPC Trainers to deliver high-quality training programs in compliance with IPC-A-610 standards. The trainer will be responsible for educating employees on electronic assembly processes, conducting certification and recertification courses, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct IPC-A-610 training and certification courses for employees and new hires.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, assessments, and documentation aligned with IPC standards.
  • Provide hands-on instruction in electronic assembly processes, soldering techniques, and inspection methods.
  • Support quality assurance teams by reinforcing IPC compliance throughout production.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and track training effectiveness to ensure skill development and certification compliance.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IPC standards, certification requirements, and industry’s best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Current and valid IPC-A-610 Certification (CIT or CIS).
  • Proven experience in electronic assembly, inspection, or quality assurance.
  • Previous experience as a trainer or instructor preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and compliance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with additional IPC certifications (e.g., IPC-620, IPC-7711/7721).
  • Background in electronics manufacturing or related technical field.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/other) a plus.

Work schedule:

  • A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • B Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • C Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
