**Duties:**
As an Electronic Integrated Systems Mechanic WG-2610-12, you will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on multi-complex electronic integrated systems. Review and analyze maintenance data; determine if criteria are sufficient to provide test, troubleshooting, and repair procedures; devise and recommend tests, procedural changes, or data corrections. Troubleshoot operational malfunctions and analyze system performance using various data sources and tools. Recommend methods to improve equipment performance, report malfunctions, and assist in design changes. May perform additional duties such as structural fire-fighting, aircraft fire/crash/rescue, security, snow removal, munitions handling, aircraft servicing, heavy equipment operation, facilities maintenance, or disaster response. Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements Conditions of Employment:**
- National Guard membership is required. Contact a recruiter if unsure about eligibility.
- Must be a member of a compatible military assignment prior to employment.
- Must wear the military uniform.
- Eligibility for immediate membership and employment in the National Guard.
- Males born after 31 Dec 1959 must register for Selective Service.
- Suitability determined by background checks.
- May require successful completion of a probationary period.
- Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.
**Qualifications:**
- Appointment status: Excepted.
- This is a Dual Status Excepted Service Technician position in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard.
- Area of consideration includes NG employees at the 193rd SOW and other specified units.
- Military grades E3 - E6.
- Must verify Secret Security Clearance.
- Relevant AFSCs and experience in inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying electronic systems and components.
