The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of experience in sell-side equity trading with a firm grasp of quantitative trading strategies and market structure. Compensation ranges from $175,000 to $225,000.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of sell-side experience as an Equity Trader or Sales Trader.
• 1 year of Electronic Equity Experience is a must.
• Strong track record of selling to institutional customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet trading revenue targets for the electronic desk.
• Cover equity algo order flow across the US.
• Perform real-time monitoring of algo orders for clients.
