Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot new electronic products to ensure functionality and quality.
• Document findings and diagnose issues with field units.
• Prepare field units for return to service and record data accurately.
• Collaborate with team to improve product performance and reliability.
• Inspect and test electronics per diagrams, specifications or verbal directions.
• Fill out RMA teardown reports for field returns.
• Perform Environmental Stress Screening with vibration and thermal chambers.
