Advanced technicians may supervise and train others; training lasts 10 weeks of Basic Training followed by 25 weeks of Advanced Individual Training, with paid work and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Interest in mathematics, solving problems, and electronic equipment repair.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Test instruments, navigational controls, and simulators.
• Read technical diagrams and manuals.
• Replace parts and ensure quality control.
• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment.
• Advanced level may supervise and train other Soldiers.
