Iowa 80 Truckstop INC in Walcott, IA is seeking a Customer Service Associate for 3pm–11pm shifts (Fri, Sat, Tue, Wed, Thu). Earn up to $17/hour with a $2 shift differential after 5:00pm Fri until 6:00am Mon.

This on-site role requires weekend/holiday work and offers stability, benefits, and a flexible schedule. As a Customer Service Associate you will help drive sales through outstanding service, communicate with customers and team members, and contribute to a supportive, busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
• This position could also involve cross training in other store departments when needed
• Positive telephone etiquette
• Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work as part of a team
• This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
• This position involves standing for at least eight-hour shifts.
• Required to work weekends and holidays.

Earn up to $17 an hour!

$15.00 an hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential (after 5:00pm on Friday until 6:00am on Monday)

3pm to 11pm - required days are Friday, Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
