Job Title: EDI Consultant / Business Analyst

(100% Remote Job, PST Hours)

Duration: Very Long Term (More than an Year (12+ months) and continuing)

Description & Overview:

Main Focus: The EDI Business Analyst serves as a lead for all communications between internal and external customers and network providers for our Direct Client. He/she will be responsible for onboarding customers on EDI, do complex troubleshooting, building and communicating solutions, testing and monitoring data flow. Should be methodical, organized, and proficient in gathering business requirements, documenting integration flows and mapping specifications and be able to communicate and share proposals with stake holders and executives.

Duties:

• Be a self-driven leader to manage customer expectations and projects.
• Very strong project management and communication skills.
• Collaborate with functional business units to gather business and technical requirements.
• Be an independent self-starter with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Improve processes and drive change management through innovation.
• Experience with EDI mapping across various tools and document sets.
• End to End Supply Chain experience.
• Troubleshoot and fix integration failures.
• Strong knowledge of SQL to write reports and troubleshoot data.
• Gather functional and technical requirements and document integration workflows and mapping specifications.
• Strong liaison between business units and the IT team.
• Proactively maintain EDI system.

Required skills:

• 8+ years’ experience with EDI
