We are seeking a motivated Component Engineer to join our team of forward-thinking experts dedicated to advancing the performance and reliability of Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, and Electro-optical (EEEE) components. In this role, you’ll support mission-critical hardware from concept through flight by applying sound engineering judgment, fostering vendor collaboration, and driving high-quality solutions. Your work will directly impact the success of our missions and the future of space exploration.
What You’ll Do
As a Component Engineer, you will:
Successful applicants will typically possess 2 years of professional experience with a minimum education level of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or other STEM/Engineering related fields.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100 - $123,625. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
