Overview

BroadPath is seeking an Electronic Claims Analyst to join our dynamic, fully remote team! In this role, you will play a key part in processing electronic claims, researching and resolving claims-related issues, and supporting other departments with electronic claims processes. You will also contribute to developing and implementing new procedures aimed at enhancing efficiency and data integrity.

Compensation Highlights
  • Base pay: $18.00 per hour
  • Pay frequency: Weekly pay!
Schedule Highlights
  • No weekend work required
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Pacific Time
  • Production Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Pacific Time
Responsibilities
  • Upload and process electronic claims while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
  • Conduct detailed e-claims analysis to identify trends or discrepancies that may impact financial performance
  • Research and resolve electronic claim issues within Data Management, collaborating with the Claims and Network Services departments to correct discrepancies related to provider billing such as Tax ID numbers, NPI usage, and vendor addresses
  • Review and address error reports generated from electronic claim loads
  • Communicate with providers regarding billing procedures to ensure proper submission and processing of electronic claims
  • Collaborate with internal users and technical teams to troubleshoot data entry and electronic claims issues
  • Keep the Data Management Manager informed of system updates, challenges, and operational concerns
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to staff involved in electronic claims processing
  • Assist in testing new claims requirements and system processes in coordination with other departments
  • Develop, document, and maintain efficient workflows and standard operating procedures for electronic claims
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • Proven analytical abilities with the capacity to assess information, determine appropriate actions, and identify and resolve problems
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience required
