Qualifications

• Familiarity with ISO9001 or AS9100 standards.
• Experience with cable harness building (crimp and solder).
• Knowledge of IPC, J-STD, AS, and MIL specifications.
• Must have knowledge on JST Crimping and Assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical & electronic components, wiring harnesses, and other electrical assemblies
• Manufacture electronic/electrical circuitry according to specifications and work orders
• Operate automatic stripping, crimping, and wire cutting equipment
• Integrate and test sub-assemblies and final assemblies
• Perform minor setup of non-complex equipment
• Assist with soldering and rework as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Capable of bending, reaching, climbing, and kneeling
• Able to lift/carry/push/pull items over 20 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Manufacturing warehouse and lab setting
• May involve exposure to loud noises, chemicals, and cleaning agents
• Personal protective equipment may be required for certain tasks
