ATR International is seeking an experienced electronics assembler for precision bench soldering, PCB population, and complex wiring. Under general supervision, you will follow SOPs and engineering schematics to install micro-components under magnification, ensuring units pass strict quality controls and defense-grade inspections.
You will perform high-reliability assembly with attention to IPC/J-STD standards, maintain an ESD-safe workspace, and comply with DoD clearance requirements.
Please Note: This is not an entry‑level or learn‑on‑the‑job position. We are looking for experienced candidates who already possess proven, hands‑on proficiency in precision soldering, cable/wire harnessing, and reading technical blueprints and schematics.
ATR International, Inc. cannot sponsor work visas (H-1B, F-1 STEM OPT with I-983, or similar). Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization.
Duration: 6+ Months (With strong potential for extension or performance-based renewal)
$25.96/hr (1st Shift: 5am–2:30pm) or $27.26/hr (2nd Shift: 3pm–12:30am)
(Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.)
