Job summary

Vishay Yankton, SD is seeking a full-time Production Assembler to perform a range of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks on production lines. You will assemble, wind, solder, pot, and test components, following detailed work instructions on-site in Yankton, SD.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Must be able to use a microscope for detailed inspection.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with defined procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic/ mechanical assembly operations on production lines.
• Input data into applicable databases daily.
• Read and follow instructions to correctly position and align parts.
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
