Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years electronics assembly or related experience preferred.
• Experience with surface-mount and thru-hole soldering is a plus.
• Strong understanding of phone components and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble electronic devices with precision.
• Input and verify data within computer systems.
• Operate test equipment and interpret schematics for quality control.
• Perform surface mount and thru-hole soldering techniques.
• Conduct cell phone rework, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in a high-volume production setting.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
