Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with specialized configurations.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to prioritize.
Fast learner with self-initiating learning.
Able to perform basic mathematics.
Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
Some electronic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic components and wiring using hand and power tools.
Ensure quality, safety, and proper installation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Assemble fixtures and mount electronic components into larger assemblies or casings.
Ensure proper installation of electric wiring and test or troubleshoot equipment.
Use hand tools such as drills, crimps, wire strippers, screws, bolts, rivets, or similar tools.
Follow security rules, safety policies, and quality guidelines.
Learn and perform manual tool operations.
Demonstrate attention to detail in completing work.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
