Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler

Location: Elgin, Illinois

Qualifications

We are looking for a VS4 (Value Stream 4) Non-Builder to support our electronic assembly process. If you have a keen eye for detail and hands-on skills, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic environment. Join us where innovation meets craftsmanship.

Starting Shift Pay

• 1st Shift: 6am-2:15pm $16/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm-11 pm $17.50/hr

Promotion Potential

Your goal is to transition into a building role by learning the assembly process and gaining valuable skills.

How to earn raises

Excellent safety, attendance, and performance will earn you raises quickly. Raises to Builder roles can be at least $2.00/hour, possibly more.

What You'll Do

• Unpack components and handle materials needed for assembly.
• Pack finished products and parts for shipping.
• Report to the shift supervisor and utilize basic computer skills to assist with tasks.

Physical Requirements

Stand and move around the work area for the entire shift. Lift up to 35 pounds unassisted and up to 50+ pounds with a team lift.

Why This Role?

Entry-Level Opportunity: No previous experience required. This is a great entry point into the industry.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous assembly or electronics experience is helpful but not required. Ability to stand and move around the work area for the entire shift. Strong willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Basic computer skills and key entry are required.
