Job summary

Kustom Signals, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our production team in Chanute, KS. You will build high‑performance electronic equipment, assemble components, and prepare units for shipment in a clean, controlled environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Entry-level experience welcome — we’ll train the right person.
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform detailed work.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic components and subassemblies from drawings and work orders.
  • Knit parts, inspect assemblies, and prepare units for shipment.
  • Perform visual inspections and basic functional tests.
  • Maintain clean, organized workspace and assist with inventory counts.

You’ll assemble electronic components, cable assemblies, and final products that meet our exacting quality standards.
