Qualifications

As an Electronics Assembler at Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by being responsible for the basic assembly of the standard and volume-based products.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Solder various electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations
  • Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes
  • Incorporation of engineering change to new and existing products at board level
  • Record activity into a database
  • Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 is required
  • Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 certification is required
  • Basic mechanical skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to interface effectively with internal customers
  • Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization

Requirements Include

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
  • 2+ years soldering experience preferred
  • 2+ years related defense manufacturing experience preferred
  • IPC-610 certification preferred

Pay Range: -

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
