Universal Avionics is looking for an Electronic Assembler Lead – SMT to provide hands‑on technical leadership within our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing operations.
This role is for someone who knows SMT manufacturing, enjoys solving problems, and can help keep a team moving. You’ll work alongside our production team while serving as a go‑to technical resource, helping coordinate daily priorities, support equipment setup and changeovers, troubleshoot production issues, coach operators, and keep quality and throughput on track.
