Job summary

Openwork, Webster, TX, is seeking an Electronic Assembler to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. You will read schematics, assemble electrical equipment, and verify part numbers against specifications.

The ideal candidate has SMT or electronics experience, soldering skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Experience with Electronics or SMT required.
• Soldering experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small components and performing precision tasks.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of basic electronics concepts and terminology is a plus.
• Ability to work with small parts.
