Job summary

Manpower Las Vegas is seeking a Service Repair Associate to diagnose, repair, test, clean, calibrate and maintain customer equipment to ensure reliable performance and timely service.

You will use basic hand tools, test equipment, meters, fixtures and diagnostic software, document repairs, and communicate findings to supervisors while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic or mechanical assembly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, test, clean, calibrate, and maintain customer equipment for reliable performance.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, or electronic repairs and replace defective parts.
• Test repaired units to verify proper operation and quality.
• Maintain repair records, service reports, and inventory usage documentation.

• Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging repaired units.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Service Repair Associate: The Service Repair Associate is responsible for diagnosing repairing testing cleaning calibrating and maintaining customer equipment to ensure reliable performance and timely service. This position requires strong attention to detail basic technical repair skills and the ability to follow procedures safety standards ESD requirements and quality guidelines.

• Perform mechanical electrical or electronic repairs including replacement of defective parts and assemblies.
• Test repaired units to verify proper operation and compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate repair records service reports and inventory usage documentation.
• Communicate repair findings status updates and technical concerns to supervisors.
• Follow company procedures ESD requirements safety guidelines and quality control standards.
• Assist with packaging labeling and staging repaired units as needed.
• Use basic hand tools test equipment meters fixtures and diagnostic software to complete repair work.
• Work collaboratively with team members to identify and resolve repair issues.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Electronic/Mechanical Assembly experience is preferred.
