• Excellent communication, including presenting to upper management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to a team of professionals and meet commitments.
• Act as technical and operational advisor, hands-on when needed to keep schedules.
• Track and analyze performance of reports and lab equipment.
• Maintain and continually improve lab workflows and policies.
• Recruit, interview, hire skilled talent and apply company policies fairly.
• Build strong relationships with reports, peers, and management.
• Present project updates to stakeholders and secure cross-team cooperation.
