Vishay Dale Electronics - East Windsor, CT is currently seeking applicants for an Electron Beam Strip Weld Operator on 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm-2:30am). Overtime is available as needed. R esponsible for producing Vishay products that meet and exceed quality and customer expectations.
Performs the daily functions of an E-Beam weld machine to produce all WSL parts. Which include reading blueprints and work orders. Set up of the tooling and weld parameters according to the drawing. Performs pre-weld, in-line, and post weld quality inspection. Follows all Quality and EHS policies and procedures. Responsible for recording production output and scrap. Must maintain a clean workstation and adhere to 5S guidelines.
