Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to perform basic math functions and read instructions.
• Capable of understanding, performing and retaining training and safety procedures.
• Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment within company standards.

Responsibilities

• Rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment and apply proper insulation techniques.
• Dismantle and strip damaged equipment, including media blasting.
• Inspect windings for damage and electrical fault signs.
• Document data on unit electromagnetic characteristics and operating conditions.
• Prepare reusable parts for rewinding and inspect for damage.
• Wind various kinds of electromechanical equipment.
• Test rewound equipment per EASA Standards and record results.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Operate winding machines, test panels and related tools.
• Observe safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times.
• Provide outstanding customer service and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as requested.
