Job summary

Integrity Trade Services is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for our manufacturing client in Texas. The role combines mechanical and electrical maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime throughout the facility.

You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and related systems while reading drawings and schematics. This is a direct hire with up to $83K depending on experience and DOE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Electromechanical Technology preferred.
• Minimum of five years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, processing, or heavy industrial environment.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting both mechanical and industrial electrical systems.
• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Working knowledge of AC/DC motors, motor controls, VFDs, MCCs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and maintain industrial mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems up to 480 volts.
• Diagnose and repair motors, MCCs, and VFDs, and repair pumps and gearboxes.
• Read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to guide maintenance.
• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to maximize reliability.
• Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately in the CMMS.
