Qualifications

• Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation, grasping and using power & hand tools.
• Stand for long shifts on concrete and lift up to 35 pounds with team lift or hoist.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks in a hands-on apprenticeship environment.
• Learn and follow standardized work procedures and safety rules.
• Use drawings, BOMs, and specifications in electronic and hard copy formats.
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork in the workstation.
