Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Electromechanical Technician (Starshield) for 2nd shift in Hawthorne, CA. You will fabricate electromechanical assemblies, read drawings and GD&T, and document results in ERP using Outlook. This role supports high-production flight hardware in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1+ years using hand tools; associate degree and 2+ years with wire harnesses or electronics are preferred. Onsite work with potential overtime and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble high-quality electromechanical assemblies

• Develop production processes for first-time runs
• Assist area efficiency improvements
• Run tests in HASS/HALT and thermal chambers
• Identify quality issues from workmanship and design
