Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated machinery.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to install and evaluate electromechanical systems supporting manufacturing.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and repair electronic production equipment.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical repairs to maintain factory processes.
  • Develop understanding of electromechanical control systems.
  • Assist in the installation, debugging, and startup of equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Demonstrate company values in all job functions.
  • Work with PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.) and log onto PLC controlled systems.
Qualifications
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Knowledge of programming PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work with three-phase power and various control voltages.
  • Proficient in using shop tools and testing equipment.
