Job Title: Field Service Technician

Location: New Haven, CT 06501 100% travel within territory assigned

Schedule: [2:30pm - 11:00pm] Training hours may differ.

Contract Duration: Temp to Hire

Job Summary: Join our dynamic service team for this entry-level field service position. Depending on your assigned territory, you will provide services, repairs, and technical maintenance for ATMs, retail point of sale (POS) equipment, locksmithing, Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC), and related PC and peripherals on customer premises. Our training includes on-the-job mentoring, formal classroom, virtual, and self-paced learning opportunities.

You are responsible for:

• Performing maintenance on ATMs (e.g., card reader, printer, reset and test devices, etc.). Electro-mechanical repair.
• Performing basic installation functions (e.g., set up and test equipment, pulling cables, mounting devices, installing locks).
• Performing technical fixes such as clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc.
• Inspecting products for correct operation and resolving issues or escalating as needed.
• Prioritizing and planning service calls.
• Working within a team, completing required paperwork, managing service parts inventory.
• Contacting customers with estimated time of arrival.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and understanding of product functionality.
• Following key/alarm/combination control processes in assigned areas.
