Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework/certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience as an electromechanical technician or similar maintenance role.
• Solid grasp of both electrical and mechanical fundamentals.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• PLC troubleshooting experience a plus.
• Welding experience preferred but not required.
• Comfort with hand and power tools used in industrial maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork/communication skills.

Step into the RoleIn St. Louis, MO (63110), you’ll be the steady hand behind our metal processing operations—keeping complex machines humming and production on schedule. Picture your shift: you scan the maintenance queue, prioritize preventive work, then dive into a fault where a sensor misread stalls a line. You trace the issue through electrical prints, verify the mechanical assembly, adjust a pneumatic circuit, and bring the asset back to peak performance.
